Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
Devotions: Ken Olson

Lord of Life Call Committee members presented qualifications and a financial package for Pastor Thad Fisher to the council for their consideration in recommending Pastor Fisher to serve as the next senior pastor of Lord of Life Church. A question and answer period followed.

John Bibby moved that the Council recommends to the Lord of Life Congregation that Pastor Thad Fisher be called to serve as Lord of Life Senior Pastor. Herm Schram seconded the motion. Council voted unanimously to accept the motion.

Dave Johnson moved that the Council accept the financial package presented by the Call Committee. Mary Ann Klein seconded the motion. Council voted unanimously to accept the motion.

Ken will conduct the meeting scheduled for February 3rd for the congregation vote.

Ken presented a list of scheduled activities with Pastor Fisher for review and discussion.

Dave Johnson moved that as the Call Committee completes its Call Committee duties it will be renamed The Pastoral Transition Team and function as a support team for Pastor Fisher. John Bibby seconded the motion. Council voted unanimously to accept the motion.

Herm Schram moved to appoint Barb James to fill Dee Cameron’s position until elections are held. Dave Johnson seconded the motion. Council voted unanimously to accept the motion.

Council will meet Sunday the 27th after the 9:00 Call Committee presentation to select another member to fill a remaining open position on council.

John Bibby moved to adjourn the meeting. Herm Schram seconded the motion. Council voted unanimously to accept the motion. The meeting closed with the Lord’s Prayer.
