Lord of Life is a Christ-centered church. Our slogan is “Know, Grow, Serve, Share.” We strive to KNOW Christ, to GROW in Christ, to SERVE Christ in the work of ministry, and to SHARE Christ in mission and outreach. Lord of Life is a member congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
500 years
In 2017, Lutherans observed the 500th anniversary of the Reformation, which began in 1517 when Martin Luther nailed his “95 Theses” to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany. At the heart of Luther’s teaching was a deep conviction that God’s grace in Jesus is given freely to all.
