vacation bible school
Helping kids experience God's love! During the summer, Lord of Life invites children from the congregation and community to attend a week-long program that includes Bible stories, songs, snacks, arts and crafts, skits, and games. Come join the fun!
first holy communion
5th grade students—and their parents—are encouraged to attend a short series of instructional classes designed to prepare children for first Holy Communion.
Children younger than 5th grade may partake of the Lord’s Supper with their parents’ consent. Parents who have questions about their children’s readiness to participate in the sacrament are invited to speak with the pastor.
confirmation
Confirmation classes nourish young Christians with the creeds and teachings of the Lutheran faith and help them build on their baptismal foundations for the future.
7th and 8th grade students seeking the rite of confirmation meet on Wednesday evenings.
adult education
Lord of Life offers a variety of Bible studies and education opportunities for adults. A pastor-led class called "4U" meets on Sunday mornings at 10:45 a.m. Other groups gather during the week, including one on Thursday evenings. The "Rachel Circle," a women's Bible study group, meets monthly on the second Friday.
God speaks to us in His Word and brings us together as a community of believers. Be a part of it!
